Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Arkivist AMP (the "Service"), including its integrations with third-party platforms such as Vercel, operated by Ubiship Ltd("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, installing one of our integrations, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and our integrations for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Service other than through the interfaces we provide.

3. Your Account and Content

  • You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You keep all rights to the content, data and brand materials you bring to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content the Service drafts for you before you approve or publish it.

4. Connected Platforms and Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform (for example Vercel, Wix, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console or social networks), you authorise us to access that platform on your behalf with the permissions you grant.

  • Website integrations are read-only. For website platforms such as Vercel, the Service only reads information such as projects, domains, deployments, pages and analytics. It does not deploy, change settings, or modify your website.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to provide the Service.
  • You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the platform in the Service or by removing the integration from the third-party platform (for Vercel: your team's Integrations settings).
  • Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
  • Publish spam, deceptive or harmful content
  • Access accounts, sites or data you are not authorised to access
  • Disrupt or overload the Service or the platforms it connects to

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses AI to analyse data and draft suggestions and content. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Suggestions are recommendations only: you decide whether and how to act on them.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or others. On termination we stop accessing your connected platforms and delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular marketing, search or traffic result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
